You might have known that South & North Korea have been having an issue of reunification since the end of the Korean War in 1953.
They have competed for superior military capability out of serious mutual distrust while they often attempted to open dialogue channels. So far SK & NK have had two summit talks in 2000 and 2007.
Currently, the Six-Party negotiations have dealt with NK denuclearization. (the Six-Parties are SK, NK, US, JP, Ch and Russia)
For you who has interest in the peace on the Korean peninsula and SK-NK relations, let me leave the link page here. I found this page from ‘Council on Foreign Relations’ which also has an account at facebook.
This page offers issues and analysis in a very organized manner: Crisis Guide: the Korean Peninsula
